About me
Hey! My name is Andrew Colin, and I am originally from the United Kingdom.
Sport has been a part of my life since childhood. During my school years, I actively played rugby, which taught me discipline, teamwork, resilience, and the importance of physical preparation. From an early age, I was naturally drawn toward athletic performance, competition, and pushing my physical limits.
My passion for fitness and gym training truly developed during an internship in Canada, where I spent one year working and living abroad. During that time, I discovered a completely new approach to training, health, and strength development. The gym quickly became more than just a hobby — it became a lifestyle and long-term passion. I became deeply interested not only in building strength and physique, but also in understanding how the human body performs, moves, and adapts through proper training.
Since then, I have focused heavily on strength & conditioning, functional fitness, muscle development, and performance-based training. My approach combines strength, mobility, conditioning, and movement quality to help clients achieve sustainable and long-term results.
I hold certifications including Level 3 Personal Trainer from Active IQ, Level 2 Gym Instructor from YMCA Awards, a Strength & Conditioning Coach Certification from the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), and a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Specialist qualification from Active IQ in the United Kingdom.
Over the years, I have worked with clients of different fitness levels — from complete beginners to individuals focused on improving athletic performance, strength, conditioning, and overall health. My goal as a coach is not only to help people transform physically, but also to build confidence, discipline, and healthy habits that last long-term.
