About me

Hey ! My name is Martin Ondrejovič, I am originally from Slovakia.

I have been involved in sports from an early age. Over the years, I have participated in a wide range of disciplines including cycling, skiing, football, basketball, fitness, skating, swimming, snowboarding, and calisthenics. Some of these sports I pursued at a competitive level.

For approximately 10 years, I focused intensively on fitness, primarily aiming at muscle growth. Over the past two years, I have shifted my training approach toward functional performance, with a strong focus on strength, explosiveness, speed, power, and overall movement efficiency.

For the past 15 years, my main focus has been on snowboarding and skateboarding, where I have also been actively involved in coaching. Alongside this, I have consistently worked in strength and conditioning training, combining it with practical experience from sports performance.

Since 2022, I have been working as a Head Coach at summer camps under the 3StyleAcademy.eu organization.

Profile and experience

With over 15 years of experience, I have worked in various roles across Europe — from assistant coach, to personal coach, to head coach. I have had the opportunity to participate in multiple training camps and international trips with the Slovak Olympic team.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with highly respected coaches operating at a world-class level, including involvement in events such as the X Games. These experiences have allowed me to gain valuable insight working with professional athletes and Olympic-level teams.
